Chinese Taipei captain to go on trial in Thailand
Chinese Taipei captain Chen Po-Liang will arrive in Thailand to go on trial for several Thai League clubs, according to reports.
Chen has spent the last four years playing for various Chinese Super League club, including Hangzhou Greentown and Shenzhen Ruby.
He decided to leave China to join a Thai League club, and according to sources, he will go on trial for several Thai League clubs next week.
Chen has also represented Chinese Taipei on international level, scoring 16 goals in 45 matches for the team, helping them to win the 2011 AFC President Cup in the process.
