Beijing Guoan to sign Anthony Modeste from Cologne
Chinese Super League outfit Beijing Guoan is set to sign French striker Anthony Modeste from Cologne, according to local newspapers.
Anthony Modeste had a successful season with Cologne, scoring 15 goals from 34 league appearances for the German club. He is the fifth highest-scoring player in the Bundesliga last season.
According to French newspapers, Beijing Guoan has beaten competition from British Premier League side West Ham to sign Modeste.
