Following the upholding by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) of the decision of the UEFA Appeals Body to declare KF Skёnderbeu ineligible for the 2016/17 UEFA Champions League, the UEFA Emergency Panel met today and decided that Skёnderbeu will be replaced in the competition by FK Partizani, runners-up in the 2015/16 Albanian domestic league.

As a consequence, the second-leg match in the 2016/17 UEFA Europa League first qualifying round between Partizani and ŠK Slovan Bratislava is designated as a friendly fixture, unless the two clubs agree to cancel it, and Slovan will proceed directly to the 2016/17 UEFA Europa League second qualifying round, irrespective of their result in the second leg.

UEFA Champions League second qualifying round (12/13 & 19/20 July)
Partizani (ALB) v Ferencváros (HUN)

UEFA Europa League second qualifying round (14 & 21 July)
Slovan Bratislava (SVK) v Breidablik (ISL)/Jelgava (LVA)
