Edinson Cavani’s Ligue 1-leading 27th goal led PSG past Nancy, 1-0, and moved them provisionally joint top with Monaco.
The two clubs will face each other next Sunday at the Vélodrome in a highly anticipated game in France.
Luis Enrique says Barcelona’s 4-0 loss at PSG will be in his head day and night until the two sides meet again.

Marquinhos’ contract talks with Paris Saint-Germain are at a standstill, his agent has told Barcelona-based Mundo Deportivo.

The Brazilian defender’s deal runs until 2019 but he confirmed in February that negotiations over an extension had begun after emerging as a key player under new manager Unai Emery this season.

However, his agent Giuliano Bertolucci says no new deal is imminent and did little to dispel rumours of a move to Spain or England in the future.

“Marquinhos has still not renewed,” Bertolucci said. “There have not been any talks with PSG for five months. The renewal is at a standstill.”

Barca have had a long running interest in Marquinhos and have failed with bids in the past.

However, with the recent signing of Samuel Umtiti — as well as young centre-backs Marlon Santos and Santiago Bueno for the B team — their needs in the transfer window are reported to have shifted elsewhere.

“For now I have not had any [new] contact with Barca,” Bertolucci added on the potential reawakening of Blaugrana interest, before explaining why the Catalan club had failed in their attempts to lure Marquinhos in the past.

“PSG’s president [Nasser Al-Khelaifi] never wanted to negotiate the player’s exit and the clubs didn’t manage to reach an agreement.

“He didn’t want to negotiate with Barca — nor with any other club.”

Bertolucci said he has “no idea” how much Marquinhos would be available for on the current market, but did confirm that the French champions rejected an offer worth €60 million last summer.

And he didn’t hide from the fact that a move to Barca — or even the Premier League — could be a good option for his client in the future.

“The Spanish league is a really interesting one to play in and Barca are a great club,” he added.

“He has a great understanding with Neymar and there’s always interest in a club like that. There are also other great teams in the Premier League.”

Marquinhos will be in action for PSG at Camp Nou on Wednesday, as Barca look to become the first team in Champions League history to overturn a four-goal deficit from the first leg.
