Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s agent has told talkSPORT the striker is all but certain to extend his Manchester United stay.

Ibrahimovic has been a revelation in the Premier League after joining Jose Mourinho’s side from Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer in the summer.

Despite turning 35 in October, he has played in the majority of the club’s matches this season and has already struck 16 goals.

The Swede has reportedly been offered an incredible £120million deal to cut short his United spell and join a Chinese Super League team.

But his trusted representative Mino Raiola says he fully expects his client to spend another season at Old Trafford.

Speaking to Jim White on Wednesday, Raiola said: “There is a big chance that there will be a second year.

“We had already included that in the contract so it is not new for us and Manchester United. Both parties are very happy with that.

“It is more a question of time or when rather than if.”

Asked about the interest from China, Raiola said: “That was also last year and he chose not to take it to come to England and that showed his spirit.

“The boy is not done yet. He still has it in him. He still has the fire that he wants to win, that he wants to perform, and if it was only money he was after, he would not be at Manchester United.”
