Everton transfer report: Toffees ‘working hard’ on January deal for Feyenoord starlet Terence Kongolo

Everton are working on a January swoop for Feyenoord starlet Terence Kongolo.

The 22-year-old has been tipped for a big future by those in Dutch football and he almost left in the summer.

Back then it was Southampton and Stoke chasing the centre-back, as well as teams in Italy.

But, according to TMW, it is Everton who are now working hard to sign Kongolo in January.

Toffees boss Ronald Koeman is keen to bolster his squad next month and he has earmarked the Dutch international as a viable target.

Kongolo, who can also operate at left-back, is said to have an asking price of around £10million.
