Ahead of the 2023/24 season, Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL) has announced that a number of match officials received promotions.

Anthony Backhouse and Andrew Kitchen have been promoted to Select Group 2 (SG2), while a full list of match officials promoted to the National Group can be found below:
