Two teams remain unbeaten as well, while Kieran Lee has a habit of late goals. Will we see another this midweek?

Here are five things to keep an eye on…

1. Life after Andy Hessenthaler for Leyton Orient

Andy Hessenthaler became the first manager to depart a club in 2016/17 when he parted ways with Leyton Orient on Monday.

The O’s lost 3-1 at Notts County last time out which left them 14th in the table with 11 points from their first nine games.

They host table-toppers Plymouth Argyle on Tuesday with interim boss Andy Edwards in the dugout. Can he inspire an immediate upturn in form?

2. Sky Blues still searching

Five draws, four defeats, zero wins – things haven’t exactly gone to plan for Coventry City after nine games of this season and they are the only EFL team without a victory.

The Sky Blues prop up the Sky Bet League One table after what is their worst start to a league season in 96 years, having lost 2-1 to Gillingham on Saturday.

Will it be 10th time lucky for Tony Mowbray’s men? They go head-to-head with AFC Wimbledon in a first ever league meeting between the pair on Wednesday.

3. The late show, with Kieran Lee

Kieran Lee loves a late goal. Will he pop up again on Matchday 10?

On Saturday, the Sheffield Wednesday man hit a last-gasp winner to see the Owls beat Nottingham Forest 2-1.

And that replicated what he did in Wednesday’s most recent midweek fixture, when they came from behind to beat Bristol City 3-2 in dramatic fashion.

That sparked jubilation at Hillsborough and, this Tuesday night, Lee and his team-mates head to Ewood Park to face Blackburn Rovers for what will be the 149th meeting of the two clubs.

“I’m just luckily finding myself in the positions at the minute to put them away,” the 28-year-old told swfc.co.uk after Saturday’s game, which was his 150th appearance for the Owls.

“It shows the spirit of the team to come back like we have been when we have been losing the game. It’s not ideal to go behind but we have gone on to win which is the main thing.”

4. Three wins, six draws…

That is the record held by Bradford City and Carlisle United after nine games, with the duo yet to lose in 2016/17.

The 15-point haul sees the Bantams sit fourth in Sky Bet League One and they are now undefeated in 12 league games, collecting six wins and six draws, keeping six clean sheets.

They’ve drawn five on the bounce ahead of a midweek match at home to Fleetwood Town, a team they are yet to lose to in a competitive game with three wins and three draws.

Keith Curle’s Carlisle United, on the other hand, are sixth in Sky Bet League Two.

They were 1-0 victors over Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday to stretch their undefeated run, and visit fourth-placed Doncaster Rovers on Tuesday in one of the division’s stand-out fixtures.

It’s the 62nd meeting between the two clubs with the head-to-head record locked at 23-all, alongside 15 draws, but the Cumbrians came out on top 2-0 when they last met Rovers, at the Keepmoat in April 2013.

5. Twenty’s plenty

Norwich City became the first EFL team to reach 20 points this term and sit top of the Sky Bet Championship ahead of Matchday 10.

Four wins on the spin has lifted the Canaries above previous leaders Huddersfield Town and they face a stern test at Newcastle United on Wednesday.

They can realistically be overtaken by the Terriers and Brighton on Tuesday, but three points for the Canaries would lift them back to the summit. Their last visit to Newcastle ended in a 6-2 defeat, though.
